I have many years of experience of managing Windows desktop upgrades and rollouts. These have delivered across multiple sites in multiple geographic regions and in regulated environments. In all almost 500,000 user deployments have been undertaken.
SWIFT Alliance
I have successfully delivered a complex banking transformation programme for a major Professional Services firm. This comprised a change of bank, a change of location and a change of service provider and covered all banking services including vendor payments and payroll services.
Portfolio Management
I have managed complex portfolios of large and small infrastructure projects in the UK and AsiaPac regions delivering enhancements to local and national infrastructure in a pharmaceutical environment.
Regulated Environments
I have many years experience in the Pharmaceutical industry in both Manufacturing and Business Operations.
Other regulated environments include Legal and Financial Services
Third Party Management
I have many years’ experience of managing deliveries and resources from third parties, both on and off-shore.
Stakeholder Management
Having a deep and lengthy technical background allows me to act very effectively as a communications/reporting channel between technical and non-technical audiences. I have the ability to ‘translate’ and contextualise technical information into information that is more ‘user-friendly’.
Mentoring
Over the years I have for one reason or another been given permanent staff to take ‘under my wing’ and helped to develop their project, management and communications skills enabling them to progress their career as they wished. This is a skill that has proved valuable to them and to myself a number of times.
